Chapter 02
The outcomes we're organizing around.
We support growth. We want the infrastructure to grow with it. These asks are specific, achievable, and long overdue — the kind of basics that should already be in place.
- 01
Turning lanes where they're needed
Dedicated left- and right-turn lanes at the intersections residents already know back up traffic and create risky maneuvers.
- 02
Proper crosswalks & pedestrian signals
Clearly marked crosswalks, refuge islands, and pedestrian signals — especially near schools, houses of worship, and shopping corridors.
- 03
Real sidewalks, everywhere they belong
Continuous sidewalks along the routes people already walk — not gaps that force pedestrians into the road.
- 04
Signals, stop signs & signage
Red lights, stop signs, and clear signage at intersections that residents have been flagging for years — before another incident forces the issue.
- 05
Infrastructure planned in with development
We're pro-growth. New projects should come paired with the turning lanes, signals, and sidewalks they'll need — planned in from day one, not deferred.
- 06
Proactive, not reactive
Safety upgrades should be scheduled before tragedies force them — with transparent timelines and residents at the table.
